Beacon Village, an apartment community managed by Brickpoint Properties, Inc. has begun a multi-million dollar construction project to refresh and update the 23-acre property built 1972. We broke ground for the renovation in the fall of 2008, with an anticipated completion in 2012.

In just a short time, the property has already begun to rejuvenate the neighborhood and surrounding area. We are excited to share some photos of the first phase for enhancing the development. You will see each stage of progression and will be amazed by the transformation.
